2018 Annual General Meeting

We will be holding our AGM at 2.00 pm Sunday May 6th at the Anglican Church, Dennington (opposite Fonterra). Wicked DVDs ($5) will be available for purchase. We will have a screening of the DVD at the conclusion of the meeting.

All current, past and future members, families and any interested people are welcome to attend.

We will also be electing a new committee to guide us through the next 12 months.

Committee members are hard working, passionate people dedicated to helping the whole group put on the best local performances possible. We hold monthly meetings, usually on the third Tuesday of the month, often lasting an hour and a half to two hours.

If you’re interested in joining us, and are able to put in the work and attend meetings for the next 12 months, please download the form below. You will need to get another current committee or paid cast members to nominate and second the nomination.

Thank you volunteers (Front of House Roster)

Youth theatre wouldn’t be possible without the tremendous support of our volunteers. Every year, an army of people come together in support of the stars on stage to fill rolls such as costume making, set design and construction, backstage crew, orchestra and front of house. We appreciate each and every one of you, and the hard work you put in to help our stars shine.

Here you will find the roster for our FoH team. Please contact Jenny if you have any queries.

Any parents of this year’s cast of WICKED who would like to help with the building of the set, we are going to start the planning this Saturday, October 21st, 1.00pm at the Warrnambool Theatre Company shed at the South Warrnambool oval. We’ll have a look at the designs, pull out some set that can be re-used and make plans to start building. Hope to see you there. Lyle Russell
